 Reflection
Up the down stair case is a best seller by Bel Kaufman.this novel tells the story of a teachers and the challenges they face to form a better individual. This novel proclaim and illuminate the goodness and duty of a teacher through interesting humorous events.it adapted to filim. As a  teacher trainee this work opend my eyes to the challenges and the efficiency I could attain. Every teacher must read this bestseller of Bel Kaufman. As a teacher she could give an experienced guidance and message through this work.
